Carson Investments began long ago when my father, JP Carson, saw an opportunity others overlooked: investing in residential real estate in the City of Richmond.
While others doubted his vision, he stayed committed to it. Through determination, conviction, and a willingness to see opportunity where others saw uncertainty, he built a substantial portfolio of land and residential property.
His vision laid the foundation for where I am today. The lessons he taught me, the risks he was willing to take, and the properties he invested in became more than just a portfolio—they became a legacy.
Today, we carry that vision forward.
